If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Work through these in order.

1. The code was entered with a space

Copying YOHAIG from a webpage often brings a trailing space with it. A space before or after the code can cause a silent failure. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.

2. The account already existed

The Promotion Code field only appears on the registration form. There is no way to add a code afterwards, through support or otherwise. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.

Qualifying deposit not met

The code applies at registration but the bonus triggers on deposit. A deposit below ₦100 does not activate the offer. Some payment methods take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once funds arrive.

KYC pending

bet9ja promotion code holds bonuses until the account is verified. Confirm the email or SMS link, then complete your address and bank details under My Account.

Duplicate detection

bet9ja promotion code restricts the bonus to a single claim across each of those. Sharing a router or a bank card with a previous claimant produces a rejection. This is not something support will override.

Rollover not met

A credited bonus is not the same as withdrawable money. Wagering runs at 10x, on selections priced at 3.00 or higher, within 30 days. Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Check your rollover status in the account section rather than guessing.

Still stuck?

Contact Bet9ja support directly with your account reference and the time of registration. Support can tell you whether a code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.

The simplest fix is prevention: enter YOHAIG during registration, verify the account, then deposit ₦100 or more.
